Attached you will find 2 documents.
The first document is the 1 year proposal from the District. The second document is information in regard to prescription information.
A motion was made and seconded to take this proposal to a ratification vote on Thursday, May 30th.
Tomorrow Thursday, May 30th you will vote on the documents included below.
Voting Information:
Location: 12th and Marion Elementary, Amanda Stout Elementary, Northwest ELEMENTARY, RHS.
Time: 3:15-5:15 Thursday May 30th
Procedures:
1. You must have your PSEA/RSD/Driver’s License
2. You will need to sign in on a master sheet
3. Once you have signed in, you will be given a ballot to vote
4. Ballots will be placed in a locked ballot box
5. Ballot boxes and sign in sheets will be returned to the REA office by 5:45 pm. Sign in sheets will be verified with a master sheet to make sure there is only one signature for each member. Anyone wanting to be present for the count is welcome.
Results of the vote will be posted on the REA website home page.
