Elections: The Elections committee met for the first time this past Friday. It may seem very early, however due to conducting the vote online this year, there are many important items to take in to consideration.
1. Please make sure you have a PERSONAL, active email in the PSEA system. You may update this by visiting www.psea.org and logging in to “My PSEA”
2. The voting platform (votingplace.net) will send out a voting link 5 days before and then 3 hrs before voting opens. This email MAY go in to your spam folder. If it does, you must mark it “not spam” in order for the link to work.
3. You will need your Member ID to log in and vote. This can be found on your PSEA card. Please have that ready the day of voting.
4. For security purposes, if you log on and do not cast your ballot, there will be a 1 hr wait time before you are able to log in again and vote. Please be mindful of this if you vote towards the end of the day. Voting will be open beginning at 7 am on May 6th.

Music and Arts Grant: California Casualty’s Music and Arts Grant program is back and will award individual members with a $250 grant for their classroom or program. Apply today for this very popular association member benefit. Applications for this year will be accepted through June 30, 2021.
