Elections: Rep council has voted to have our REA elections in person in the buildings. Please be on the lookout for communication from your reps as to the time and location on May 6th. Campaign videos of individuals running for positions will be posted on the REA website beginning on April 29.
General Membership Meeting: As a reminder we will be having our spring General Membership meeting on Wednesday May, 12 at 4 pm. As in the fall, if you have questions you’d like answered, please submit them to me by Monday May 10. You must pre-register for this meeting if you wish to attend. The agenda will focus on Constitution and By-Laws updates and any member questions. The link to pre-register is: https://us02web.zoom.us/
Promethean Boards: I understand many of our promethean boards are no longer working in the manner they were intended too. I am asking that reps gather which rooms are affected and what the issues are. Please respond to them asap to help expedite this process.
Covid Dashboard: It came to my attention last week that there was misleading information posted on the district’s Covid dashboard. I believe that this has been corrected and a more accurate report is now listed. Please communicate any questions or concerns related to covid to your building level rep and officer. As soon as I am made aware of an issue or concern I have been addressing it with downtown, there are times we get a quick response and other times we do not….
