Column Movement: It is imperative that you follow the CBA and instructions on the paperwork submitted to HR to avoid any issues with column movement. You MUST have official transcripts sent for column movement and it MUST be received by HR NO LATER than September 15. When sending in your transcripts, it is HIGHLY encouraged that you email HR confirming that the amount of credits you believe you should have are actually on the transcript they receive. When receiving your Masters or Doctorate, it MUST say degree CONFERRED.
