****UPDATE:
Rebecca just got off the phone with the account manager at Optum. Until the situation is rectified please do the following:
If a prescription is denied at the pharmacy either you as the member or the pharmacist may call Optum directly (the number on your card) they will manually reinstate the coverage so your prescription may be filled. If you have any issues please email me directly.

Rebecca just got off the phone with Optum. They had their senior person looking in to it. She is waiting for a call back from the account manager, there is a possibility that it will not be until Monday until she hears from them. They were extremely apologetic. They instructed her to let you know that because this was an error on THEIR part that any money put out to fill a prescription will be fully reimbursed, please just save the receipt. We will keep everyone up to date as soon as I hear anything.
