Yesterday the Association and the District participated in the Fact Finding Hearing. The Association had John McKiernan, RuthAnn Waldie, Mark Price, and Tiffany Dollar, all from PSEA plus a team of Officers and Chairs at the table. The District had Jeff Sultanik, Wayne Gehris, Stephanie Hackask, Lisa Magrowski, Chrisitne MacDougal, Jennifer Murray, Jesse Leisawitz, Dr. Mumin, Patricia Wright and Ann Sheehan (both school board members) present. The Fact Finder listened to arguments and received supporting documentation from both sides. Arguments were focused on Salary Schedules and Longevity, Healthcare, Special Ed, Leave time, and Unprovoked Assault language.
The Fact Finder will now review both parties arguments and from that create a proposal we will vote on.

September 29/30- Report will be received by the Association and sent out to the Membership
October 3- General Membership meeting at RHS beginning at 4:30 to review, present, and answer questions of the membership
October 7- NO Monday meetings will be help. Voting will occur at 12th and Marion / RHS / AES / NWEL. Results of the vote will be posted on the homepage of the website
