Prescription Formulary: I apologize, the formulary sent out last week was incorrect. Please find attached the correct formulary. Please remember that REA has no bearing over the creation of the formulary. By LAW pharmaceutical companies have the right to change where medications fall (tiers) and whether they are excluded or covered. This can be done twice a year, Jan 1 and July 1. IF a medication you are on would change, Optum will notify you prior to allow time for your doctor to change/modify/ provide documentation of medical necessity. CBA: The CBA was officially board approved last week. Once I receive the copy with the board president’s signature, I will email it to you and provide paper copies to your building reps to keep in house.
