OptumRX Website: If you haven’t visited the OptumRX website www.optumrx.com , I strongly suggest that you do. There is a plethora of information in regards to your current prescriptions and any possible prescriptions you may take. You can also set up automatic renewal on maintenance medications!
Sick Bank Revisions: Please find attached revisions made to the Sick Bank policy. This may also be found on the REA website under “Resources.” Sick Bank 19-20
Split Class Form: I am attaching a copy of the writable split class form. There should also be copies available to you in your office and from your building principal. At this point, please follow whatever your building principal instructs to input for time in regards to minutes.
