General Membership Meeting: The General Membership meeting has been moved to May 12, 2021. We will follow the same format as we did in the fall. It will be a Webinar Zoom meeting which will require prior approval before being provided the link. Our main focus will be possible changes to the By-Laws and asking for volunteers to serve on that committee. If you have questions for the meeting, please email them to me no later than Monday 5/10/21.
This the link for general members to register. Tiffany Dollar will have to manually approve, so if you could register by 3:30 on the day of the meeting to allow her time for that. Because of manual approval there will be a delay in the confirmation emails going out.

Executive Board and Delegate Elections: Your elections committee worked tirelessly on Friday, but we are faced with a dilemma. The online platform we were planning to use would not allow us to upload our membership list. We are now faced with one of two options; we can hold the election online with a different platform or conduct it in building as we always have. To hold the election online we are looking at around $2,500-$3,000. Per the Constitution and By-Laws, any expenditure over $750 must come to Rep Council. Rep Council, Exec Board, and Chairs are voting on which platform we will use, an update will be provided in next week’s Monday Message.
